THE POWERFUL TANK MANAGER

TankBot is GroLab's most versatile and accurate module. It can control any 12v actuator such as a water valve or a peristaltic pump, while also analyzing the water solution in your tank thanks to its pH, EC, temperature and water level sensors. Refill the tank, recycle the water and even automatically check nutrients and pH.

*Extra GroLab module, a GroNode is required to experience the full functionality of TankBot.

	Power supply TankBot can supply power to all peripheral devices of your growing environment. It has 4 connectors that support 12VDC ~ 24VDC actuators enabling a wide range of devices from small water pumps, peristaltic pumps, relays, power switches, etc.
	PH monitoring & adjustment This module gives you the ability to monitor and control pH. The GroLab system's programmable procedures provide several options for regulating pH based on the user's needs.
	EC monitoring and analysis TankBot also supports an EC probe, taking the monitoring and control of your water tank to the next level. The GroLab system can alert you and even respond based on the electrical conductivity of the nutrient solution.
	Water Temperature TankBot provides everything you need to continuously control the water temperature to ensure optimal conditions for the growth of your plants.
	Dosage of nutrients Connecting peristaltic pumps to TankBot opens the door to the realm of nutrient dosing. The GroLab system provides all the tools necessary to calibrate peristaltic pumps and create procedures to pump the exact amount of milliliters needed.
	Speed Adjustment TankBot offers the ability to adjust the speed of the device. This feature can improve accuracy even with inexpensive devices.
	Advanced Irrigation Thanks to the ability to work with actuators, it is possible to create impressive irrigation systems that can independently feed multiple crops.
	Tank level management This module supports 4 additional switching sensors of your choice, such as water level sensors, allowing continuous monitoring of the water level of your tanks. With the appropriate peripherals connected to the TankBot, such as solenoid valves or water pumps, the user can create procedures to automatically empty and refill, allowing for complete tank maintenance.
	Manual control This module comes with 4 external switches that allow the user to manually control all connected peripherals at any time on site.
	Safety protocols and procedures With TankBot, you can create safety protocols and procedures to avoid risk situations or even respond to them to reduce damage. Fires and break-ins are some examples of risk situations that this module can handle. Cooling down time prevents damage to devices that take some time to cool down before being turned back on. All of these options are fully configurable!
	LED Indicator TankBot has an LED that indicates whether the module is receiving power and is connected to GroNode (the central module of the GroLab system).
	Module Communication TankBot communicates with GroNode (the core module of the system) via radio frequency with a range of 25 meters indoors (depending on obstacles) and 100 meters in open spaces. This makes it easy to install the TankBot close to the water tank.

What devices and sensors can I connect to TankBot?

In the core, TankBot can sample EC/pH and water temperature, these are static inputs available in each TankBot. The pH probe and water temperature sensor are included with the TankBot.

The TankBot comes with 4 controlled outputs and 4 switched inputs. All are fully configurable via the GroLab-software.

Outputs

Each TankBot output can turn on/off any device that operates at 12VDC-24VDC and consumes no more than 6W-12W. Here are some examples of devices you can connect to your TankBot

Inputs

Each TankBot can detect up to 4 switched inputs, what you connect to these inputs is up to you, from water level detectors, smoke detectors or even simple buttons. Below are some of the switched sensors you can use
