4Twenty - Modular LED system
4Twenty comes up with a new modular linkable LED grow light, the 420 LED System! By connecting the lamps in a daisy chain the fixture can be adjusted to the size and shape of the grow room.
LEDs
The 420 LED System is equipped with 312 TOP-bin Samsung LEDs with an average efficiency of 2.9 μmol/J!
Dimming
The 420 LED System is equipped with a 10-100% Dim Controller that allows the light intensity to be tuned to the needs of plants at each stage of the exposure cycle. This simple control and plug-and-play installation makes growing with the 420 very easy.
Modular Connecting System [MCS] (NOT INCLUDED)
The 420 LED System has a modular design. The lights can be interconnected in a daisy chain with two steel profiles; the optional Connection Kit (not included). The coupling can be done on all 4 sides of the lamp, allowing the size of the system to be infinitely adjusted to the surface to be illuminated.
The 4Twenty lamps are provided with guides in which the profiles fit exactly. The distance between the lamps can be adjusted in 10 positions.
100% Quiet
The LEDs are passively cooled by the solid aluminum frame and therefore do not need to be actively cooled by fans. In addition, fans consume power, making the 420 even more energy efficient.
Hanging & connecting
The 4Twenty LED System is equipped with two suspension systems. A standard steel wire suspension system with carabiners and an adjustable 34 Kg rope-ratchet suspension system. In addition, the 420 is equipped with a 2.5 meter long nesting cable with standard grounded EU plug.
Emerson effect
The light spectrum of the 420 LED System has an Emerson Enhancement Red/Red ratio. The effect of this is that the degree of photosynthesis is not just the sum of the 660nm + 730nm photosynthesis reactions. However, the combination of the 2 reactions generates a biological senergy response that is greater than the sum of the two reactions individually. Due to the balanced light spectrum, plants will develop naturally, helping to optimize harvest, both qualitatively and quantitatively!
