This organic coconut-fiber medium offers excellent performance in a hydroponic application. 

Cocos Brix is treated with calcium and then rinsed with clean water, creating a very stable substrate that contains no fertilizers. It is particularly suitable for fast-growing plants. Also, Cocos Brix has a high water holding capacity so you need to water less.

Cocos Brix can be reused as a soil improver and it gives the highest yield when combined with Plagron Cocos A&B and the Plagron additives.

Use

Put 1 piece of Cocos Brix in a bucket with 4 liters of water and knead regularly. After 20 - 30 minutes, this will yield about 7 liters of ready-to-use coconut substrate. Add nutrition with each watering and adjust the pH to 5.5.
