How does the Blumat Tropf Terrace Set work?

The Tropf Blumat consists of a ceramic sensor and a pouring knob with a membrane that moves by negative pressure. The sensor is inserted into the root ball, and as the root ball dries, the membrane opens the water supply. The consumed moisture is replenished through a flexible hose to the set value. For deeper pots, there is the Maxi, which waters less frequently but more intensively.

Operating instructions

An adjusting screw allows you to set the humidity level of the root ball. You can also adjust the Blumat for overwintering tub plants by moving the drip point closer to the Blumat, thus reducing watering. Through the Blumat you can also dose nutrition, so you can always give the desired amount. Our nutrition contains all the necessary nutrients for your tub plants.
